Developing a detailed scope for the required functions and interfaces of the PLM system in conjunction with the Business Units and respective stakeholders in the technical departments.
Coordination and alignment with the Project Team responsible for the parallel upgrading of company’s SAP ERP system
Connecting the PLM system to the established engineering systems
Coordination and monitoring of external consulting firms and development partners
Compilation, management and motivation of project teams throughout the project
Monitoring works progress according to schedule and in coordination all involved stakeholders
Responsible for project budget through effective cost control, risk management and implementation of recovery strategies

Ihre Qualifikationen

Completed studies in Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable or Bachelor´s degree with several years of relevant working experiences
At least several years of professional IT experience, including a proven track record of successful PLM or SAP implementation projects, ideally with Siemens Teamcenter
Strong solution design capabilities including configuration and customization in PLM are essential
SAP knowledge, especially in terms of analyzing and structuring operational data into valuable information
Significant skills in project management, especially in matrix organizations as well as strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, team player qualities
Quick perception, exceptional analytical competence and strategic thinking - paired with hands-on mentality and pragmatic implementation skills
Sound experience in working with cross-functional teams in an international environment, with multiple stakeholders/interests
Very good command of spoken and written German and English
